This small accommodation allows you to stay halfway between Auxerre and the start of Puisaye for a student, professional or tourist activity.
Alone or as a couple, you will be welcome.

Housing

We offer a fully independent studio on the ground floor of our house. We occupy the second floor.
You can arrive independently.
We can cross paths because we share the same yard and are open to any discussion. Just as we can respect your choice of complete independence.

Passenger access

You have access to a parking space. Your accommodation is equipped with an entrance hall, shower room, separate toilet, equipped kitchen and main room with double bed and sofa bed for 2 people.

Other remarks

We are in a near-white zone when it comes to mobile phones.
Calls and internet access are via Wi-Fi only.
